The Deck Sleeve

The Deck Sleeve provides a stable hole though a concrete slab that allows you to pass plumbing and electrical conduit through without the hassle of core drilling or the possibility of destabilizing the slab. The Deck Sleeve is fastened to the decking framework before the slab is poured and as soon as the slab is cured you pop the lid out and you have a clean stable hole through the slab. |

| The Q-Deck Sleeve is used in conjunction with a Q-Deck form. The Q-Deck Sleeve's base flange is set to the exact height of the "over under" measurement of the Q-Deck form you are installing it to. |

JV Elevated Riser Clamps
The Elevated Riser Clamp is used specifically for fire stopping purposes. It allows an 1 1/2" gap between the slab and the riser clamp.

This way you can continue to hold the pipe in place while applying your fire caulking around the pipe without readjustment.
